Delete your Vela account

You can permanently delete your Vela account from inside the app. For your security, Vela requires you to be signed in before it accepts a deletion request.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Vela and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete account.
4. Review the warning, then confirm Delete account.

The request is processed immediately. Vela signs you out and clears the account’s local learning data after the server confirms deletion.

What deletion removes

Deleting your account permanently removes your Vela account and associated personal learning data, including your profile, learning progress, decks, ranked progress, and guild history. Shared artifacts that other members rely on may remain without being connected to your deleted account.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting your Vela account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel an active subscription in the store where you purchased it to prevent future renewal charges.

If you cannot access the app

Email hello@learnvela.com from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify that you own the account before completing the request.
