Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Vela, a service operated by Kinetic Social LLC, including its website, launch waitlist, lessons, review tools, speaking activities, games, and related services.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a release date, invitation, price, or access to a particular feature. You may leave the waitlist at any time by contacting us.

Your account

When accounts become available, you will be responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for providing accurate account information. You may permanently delete your account by following the account deletion instructions.

Subscriptions

Paid plans may renew automatically through the store where they were purchased. You can manage or cancel a subscription through that store’s account settings. Deleting your Vela account does not cancel a store subscription.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit another person’s email without permission, or use Vela to violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

Content and ownership

Vela’s lessons, artwork, audio, software, and brand materials belong to Kinetic Social LLC or its licensors. Content you create remains yours; you allow us to store and display it as needed to provide the service.

Availability

We work to keep Vela accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, a specific launch date, or that every piece of content will be error-free.
