Include useful details

Tell us which device and app version you are using, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Please do not send your password, access tokens, or other private authentication information.

Purchases and subscriptions

Use Restore purchases in Vela if a prior purchase is not recognized. Subscription cancellation and refund requests are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play store where the purchase was made.
